Storm update

3:42pm--The storm has hit and it looks like it will be a good one. If the power goes off, this may be my last gasp of sanity until it is restored. I will be lost without net! I may have to read a book by candlelight. I went out and got my shot; I wore my Santa Claus hat but no pretty girls offered to sit on my lap and tell me their Christmas wishes. Lousy day.

good luck through the storm, you guys have had quite a few over the past few weeks.

bummer the santa hat didn't work.

The cardinal photo is beautiful, but I am a sucker for red birds!

have a good weekend. I'm going to the Jacksonville Green Farmer's Market on Saturday. Haven't been there before so it will be a new adventure.

Stay warm.

Hi Tammy,

Most of the bad weather has been pretty tame, but this storm looks like the real thing. The streets and lawns are already covered and THEY are saying possible 10".

I love cardinals in the snow; I have counted as many as 12+ males together on one small tree, but it usually ends in a fight.

Hope you find some good food and adventure at the market.

Yes it looks like you are getting a real snowstorm.

12 cardinals in one tree is pretty cool. They look perfect in the snow.

O! I would like to see you with your Santa Claus hat. :-)

As Tammy I'm also going to the shop (store) today (Saturday in Poland) to buy some Christmas gifts for Asia nad D. I think about books and good cosmetics. In this case I'm not too much creative. ;-)

I'm happy that I was 30.000th viewer of your Flickr page.

Santa hat? Maybe ... :-)

I dislike Christmas shopping; when I was doing such, I shopped by net. I hate crowds. :-(

It must be an awesome experience Christmas shopping in large city.

Hopefully you may be the 60,000th viewer too. :-)

Thanks, Jola. :-)
