Roan Highlands – Miller farmstead

I used to love to watch a couple of semi-reality TV shows called American Pickers and Pawn Stars. I’ve been trying to watch them more since we got the cable last month. Both shows have evolved into soap operas which I hate; I want to see the pawn merchandise and the pickers at work and not the drivel and bad jokes between the celebrities. I now end up watching news and a movie nearly every evening and then reading myself to bedtime.

Some movies I’ve watched lately:

• Thor — didn’t like it
• Transformers-Dark of the Moon — didn’t like it
• Iron Man 2 — liked it a little bit
• Captain America-The First Avenger — didn’t like it
• The Expendables — liked it
• The Lincoln Lawyer — liked it
• Running Scared — liked it
